Eating Disorder Awareness Week

This week we want to bring eating disorders to the forefront. And you don't necessarily have to have a clinical diagnosis to have an appreciation.

Raise your hand if you have ever, on occasion, fallen into the 'Disordered Eating' category! Hey, no judgement here!

Life can often make eating well challenging: deadlines, traveling, school, working, finances...we've all been there, and it's ok, as long as it is not a purposeful habit.

Just remember food is your fuel. Our body needs this fuel to perform optimally and keep you healthy. A continuous unhealthy relationship with food can contribute to decreased energy, impaired performance, impaired immunity, injury, and even serious illness.
