Running and Arthritis
No, running does NOT give you bad knees. Running does not give you osteoarthritis (OA). Here is your proof, my ultra marathoner PT buddy....below are his actual 46 years old knees with 69,655 miles logged in last 33 years. (reposted with his permission, of course)

Research has actually demonstrated that exercise is one of the most beneficial things you can do, even when you already have osteoarthritis. Motion is lotion, as they say!
