Ah the beautiful snow. Not everyone's favorite, but it could be! Cross Country skiing is one of the best winter activities...depending on your weight, speed/effort, and terrain, you can burn 400-800+ calories an hour. Not to mention the total body workout arms, legs, and core.

Find a nice quiet place in Nature and you've ticked all the mind, body, spirit boxes! End it with a warm bath or shower and snuggle up with a warm cuppa tea or hot chocolate.
